Tasks
Boat Partners will select from the thousands of available ads those that may suit you and qualify them. Then you will have tangible elements to choose which units you want us to visit and control on your behalf. You will then receive a detailed report of each visit which will allow you to decide whether you wish to make an offer which we will negotiate on your behalf with the seller. You will be accompanied throughout the process until the finalization of your acquisition.
Cost
The service offered by Boat Partners is essentially based on a commission based on results, i.e. when the sale is finalized. Depending on the type of mandate that you entrust to us, this commission varies from 4% to 5% of the final acquisition value. In most cases, the price negotiation carried out by Boat Partners to reduce the acquisition price will be higher than the cost of our service, so you will save money!
